Who will the Wild meet in the playoffs?

April 9, 2014 at 12:21PM

So, who will the Wild play?

• As the No. 7 seed, the Wild is the top Western Conference wild-card team and will play the division winner with the second-best record.

• Right now, that's Pacific-leading Anaheim (110 points). But the Ducks still could pass Central-leading St. Louis (111). Colorado (109) is hot on the Blues' heels in the Central, while San Jose (107) could win the Pacific.

Each has three games left.

The Wild’s Brock Faber played in the 2022 Games in Beijing when he was still at the University of Minnesota and NHL players stayed at home. In 2026, he’s back.
