When a disheveled O.J. Simpson appeared before a parole board last week, some people were surprised to learn the Juice was even in jail. Turns out he's been there since 2008, after attempting to steal back his sports memorabilia. That's the thing with troublemaking celebrities — it's hard to keep track of their TMZ-worthy indiscretions. They treat jail and rehab like hotel visits.
