Add IHOP to the list of restaurants offering a "kids eat free" dinner promotion. The three Twin Cities restaurants are part of the deal (Bloomington, Brooklyn Center and Maplewood), which is good every night through Sept. 13 from 4 to 10 p.m. It's valid for kids 12 and under who choose from the kids menu.
Most restaurants only offer the kids eat free nights once or twice a week, but Bar Abilene in Minneapolis and White Castle also offer daily KEF menus. Check for details and restrictions.
For a nice list of which restuarants offer KEF specials on each night night of the week, check TwinCitiesMom. But call ahead because the list may not have current updates, as specials change often.
