A chef and consultant: Owns AZ Canteen, with outlets at Target Field and U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. Investor in Gavin Kaysen's Spoon and Stable and Wayzata's Bellecour. He's on the board of Kaysen's Soigne Hospitality company. Also consults for other restaurants.
