Post offices: Closed. No regular mail service.

Banks: All Bremer Bank branches will be closed. TCF branches inside Cub Foods and traditional branches will be closed. Wells Fargo in-store and traditional branches will be closed. U.S. Bank branches in Byerly’s stores will be closed.

Groceries: Many major supermarkets will be closed. Kmart will open at 6 a.m., Wal-Mart will open at 6 p.m. and Target will open at 8 p.m. today. Other stores may be open. Call for hours.

Malls: Some stores will open late today. Call for hours.

Mass transit: Regular Northstar service will not operate. Metro Transit buses, Metro Blue Line (Hiawatha) and Red Line will follow holiday Sunday schedules. For route information, call 612-373-3333 or go to Minnesota Valley Transit Authority, Maple Grove Transit, Plymouth Metrolink and SouthWest Metro Transit will not have service. Call Metro Mobility for service.

Parking meters: Will not be enforced in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The University of Minnesota will not enforce meters unless noted on the meter. Minneapolis parks will enforce meters unless noted on the meter.

Schools: Public schools and the University of Minnesota will be closed.

Public agencies: Local, state and federal offices will be closed.

Libraries: Generally closed. Call for hours.
