What's at stake for Minnesota

The U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on national health care reform will have a major impact on Minnesota's growing population of uninsured citizens. If upheld, the Affordable Care Act will expand coverage to hundreds of thousands. If struck down, the roles of the uninsured, which swelled by 116,000 from 2007 to 2011, likely will continue to grow, state health officials say.
