Drugs. A 19-year-old Anoka woman was arrested for forging a prescription and possession of a controlled substance at Walgreens, 600 W. 79th St.

Disorderly conduct. Officers spoke to a 12-year-old boy who was violent and destroying things at a home in the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road. They talked to him about behaving appropriately when not getting what he wanted.

EDEN PRAIRIE

Theft. A 38-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for theft after allegedly stealing items from men's locker rooms at Life Time Fitness centers and a health club in Champlin.

Theft. Bottles of nail polish valued at $1,425 were stolen from CVS Pharmacy, 6905 York Av. S.

FEB. 19

Obstruction. A 62-year-old Eden Prairie woman was arrested for obstructing the legal process following a traffic stop at France Avenue and Hwy. 62.

FEB. 20

Drunken driving. A 36-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for drunken driving, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and endangerment of a child following a traffic stop at Southdale Center.

HOPKINS

Animal complaint. A person reported a squawking bird in the 900 block of 11th Avenue S.

INDEPENDENCE

FEB. 9

Unwanted person. Officers responded to a report from Light of Christ Lutheran Church, 3976 County Line Road SE., of a male who entered the church saying he was being attacked by demons and needed a jug of water to respond. He fled before officers arrived.

FEB. 16

Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a report of people walking around with small flashlights in the 2000 block of Providence Curve. A person with a flashlight was found to be walking two dogs, each of which had a flashlight around the neck for better visibility.

MAPLE PLAIN

FEB. 7

Assist public. A 9-year-old girl reported that she was concerned about whether it was legal for her grandparents to smoke in their vehicle while she was there.

FEB. 11

Medical. Officers responded to a report in the 1500 block of Howard Avenue of a man who had fallen and couldn't get up. They located the man and administered a preliminary breath test that showed he had a .295 alcohol concentration. He was taken to the hospital.

MAPLE GROVE

FEB. 2

Suspicious vehicle. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot after hours at TCF Bank, 16450 County Road 30. They found the driver, who had stopped there to use Wi-Fi.

Richfield

FEB. 23

Drugs. A 27-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for possession of cocaine following a traffic stop at 65th Street W. and Woodlake Drive.

Tonka Bay

FEB. 8

Drugs. A 20-year-old Tonka Bay man was arrested for possession of marijuana when officers responded to a report of a suspicious backpack dropped off at a home on Pleasant Avenue.
