Theft. An 18-year-old man was cited for stealing candy from Carver-Scott Educational Coop, 401 4th St. E.

WEEK OF DEC. 3

Medical. An intoxicated man was transported to a detox facility after he was found lying on the side of the road on Chaska Boulevard. He had a .222 blood-alcohol reading on a breath test, police said.

Animal complaint. A small dog wearing a pink dress was found on Chaska and Crosstown Boulevards. Officers were unable to locate its owner and took it to a kennel. The owner later claimed the dog.

Burglary. Someone stole $300 from Eye Specialists, 5137 Gus Young Lane.

DEC. 16

Curfew violation. Two boys, ages 13 and 14, were cited for curfew violation on the 5900 block of Kellogg Avenue.

Theft. A man reported his deer blind was stolen from the 1800 block of Budd Street N. The blind was found in a field, tangled in the brush. The wind had blown it down.

Vandalism. Someone shot paint balls at a home on the 4800 block of Drake Street.

Drunken driving. A 44-year-old Mound woman was arrested for drunken driving on Main Street.

Drugs. A 24-year-old Greenfield man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Hamel Road and Pinto Drive.

Disorderly conduct. Two female students, ages 15 and 17, were cited for disorderly conduct after fighting at Wayzata High School, 4955 Peony Lane N.

Theft. Four wheels were stolen from a vehicle parked in a lot on the 2300 block of Berkshire Lane N.

DEC. 14

Domestic. A 57-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for domestic assault after fighting with his brother on the 7100 block of Penn Avenue S.

DEC. 18

Theft. A 34-year-old Minneapolis man and a 42-year-old Hopkins man were cited for stealing $171 worth of items from CVS, 6540 Penn Av. S. The suspects had fled on their bicycles and were apprehended.

Theft. A 24-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for stealing a television from Target, 6445 Richfield Pkwy.

Burglary. Jewelry valued at $8,000 was stolen from a home on Kramer Road.

Drugs. An 18-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 1000 block of Fox Run Road. Three others were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

DEC. 4

Threats. An adult Waconia male was arrested for terroristic threats on the 800 block of Gusty Drive after allegedly making a threatening phone call.
