Tobacco violation. A 15-year-old Victoria boy was cited for possession of an electronic cigarette device in the 2200 block of Lyman Boulevard.

Drugs. A 20-year-old Chanhassen woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 8400 block of Rosewood Drive.

Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old boy was cited for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of 4th Street E.

Theft. Three boys, ages 14, 15 and 16, were arrested for possession of stolen property and fleeing an officer on foot following a traffic stop in the 6400 block of Xerxes Avenue S.
Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for underage drinking and driving following a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Hwy. 100.

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 5000 block of Lake Sarah Heights Drive.

Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of an owl trapped in a soccer net in the 18500 block of 85th Avenue. The officer cut the bird free and transported it to the Raptor Center in Falcon Heights.

Theft. Christmas lights were stolen from outside a home in the 6700 block of Yucca Lane.

Drugs. An 18-year-old Victoria man was cited for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on County Road 110.

Theft. An all-terrain vehicle was stolen off a trailer in the 8700 block of Hwy. 7.

Underage consumption. Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on Hwy. 7. They found that two passengers, both 18-year-old men, had been drinking and cited them for underage consumption.

Drugs. A 35-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at Lake Shore Drive and Lyndale Avenue S.

Drunken driving. A 36-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for drunken driving after crashing into a parked vehicle in the 6700 block of Stevens Avenue S.

Driving under the influence. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle going the wrong way at 76th Street W. and Upton Avenue S. They arrested a 25-year-old Oakdale woman for driving under the influence of a narcotic.

Theft. A ring valued at $11,000 was stolen from a locker at LA Fitness, 6501 Lyndale Av. S.

Driving violation. A 26-year-old woman was cited for speeding in poor weather conditions after she was involved in a two-vehicle crash at Hwys. 7 and 41.

Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a home on Lakeview Avenue. They arrested a 20-year-old man for burglary and domestic assault as he was leaving the area.
