EDINA

APRIL 7

Burglary: Three computers, valued at $3,050 total, were stolen from Cooks of Crocus Hill, 3925 50th St.

Theft: A 64-year-old Mendota Heights man was arrested on suspicion of theft after allegedly stealing a backpack from an open trunk of a vehicle on the 7200 block of Metro Boulevard.

APRIL 9

Theft: Paintings valued at $2,652 were stolen from an apartment on the 3400 block of Parklawn Avenue.

APRIL 13

Assault: A person was hit by an acquaintance at a party held in a home on the 5300 block of Malibu Drive.

MAPLE GROVE

MARCH 28

Theft: A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in a parking lot on the 9800 block of Maple Grove Parkway.

MARCH 29

Theft: A trailer was stolen from the yard of a home on the 6500 block of Hemlock Lane.

MEDINA

MARCH 31

Animal complaint: Officers located two dogs running at large and were able to find their owner at a home on the 1500 block of Medina Road. The resident was given a verbal warning.

PLYMOUTH

APRIL 4

Burglary: A 2003 Dodge Stratus was stolen from an underground garage on the 3900 block of Plymouth Boulevard. It was later recovered in another city.

Burglary: Jewelry and electronics were stolen from a home on the 900 block of Windemere Drive. Entry was gained through an unlocked garage door.

APRIL 5

Underage drinking: A 16-year-old girl was cited for minor consumption after officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 1300 block of Black Oaks Lane.

APRIL 6

Underage drinking: A 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old girls and two 17-year-old boys were cited for alcohol violations after officers responded to an alarm at a home on the 1100 block of Evergreen Lane N.

APRIL 7

Drugs: A 16-year-old boy was cited for possession of marijuana after he was stopped for a traffic offense on County Road 10 and Sycamore Lane N.

RICHFIELD

APRIL 9

Weapon: A 25-year-old Richfield man was arrested on suspicion of assault after allegedly pointing a gun at people on the 7400 block of Cedar Avenue S.

APRIL 13

Robbery: A robbery occurred at Walgreens, 12 66th St. W. The suspect fled with $600 cash.

Drunken driving: A 28-year-old Richfield man reported to police that he was a victim of a hit and run and that the driver fled on foot in the 1000 block of 77th Street E. Officers determined that the complainant was actually the driver; he was arrested for drunken driving.

Drugs: Officers responded to 66th Street W. and Lynwood Blvd. regarding a report of two males smoking marijuana. A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a 19-year-old Richfield man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Weapon: A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for assault following a report of an incident involving a handgun on the 6300 block of Pleasant Avenue S.
