Drugs. A 19-year-old Excelsior woman was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 6900 block of Hazeltine Boulevard.

NOV. 11

Check welfare. A resident on the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road reported a neighbor's light had flashed three times and they wanted officers to check on the neighbor's welfare. Officers made contact with the neighbor, who said everything was fine. The neighbor had just selected the wrong light switch.

NOV. 1

Drugs. A 28-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 6900 block of York Avenue S.

NOV. 2

Drugs. A 25-year-old St. Paul woman was cited for possession of marijuana, driving after suspension and speeding following a traffic stop at Highway 100 and 66th Street W.

NOV. 3

Curfew violation. A 14-year-old boy was arrested for curfew violation at 49th Street and France Avenue S.

OCT. 31

Disorderly conduct. A 41-year-old Minnetonka woman was cited for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process on Third Street.

NOV. 5

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a home on Maple Heights Road on a report of someone walking through leaves between his and his neighbor's house. The yard was checked and it was suspected the noise was coming from an animal.

Disorderly conduct. An officer responded to Verizon Wireless, 9420 Dunkirk Lane, on a report of an unruly and threatening customer inside the business. A 30-year-old woman was arrested for arrested for disorderly conduct, providing false information to police, outstanding warrants and trespassing.

NOV. 4

Property damage. A resident on Hardscrabble Circle reported a small tree on her property had been cut down. It was discovered an animal may have caused the damage.

Underage consumption. A 14-year-old girl was cited for underage consumption of alcohol at Mound Westonka High School, 5905 Sunnyfield Road E.

NOV. 1

Theft. A 56-year-old St. Louis Park woman was arrested for theft after she was observed stealing money out of a tip jar at MyBurger, 6555 Lyndale Av. S.

NOV. 2

Assault. Officers responded to a home on the 6800 block of Washburn Avenue S. on a report of an assault. A 58-year-old Richfield man was arrested for assault.

NOV. 6

Drugs. A 43-year-old Minneapolis woman was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, driving without license plates on the vehicle, and driving without insurance after she was stopped for not having a license plate at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S.

WACONIA

NOV. 3

Drugs. A 17-year-old Waconia girl was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on 300 block of Wildhurst Road.
