MARCH 21

Theft. A resident from the 8100 block of Strehler Road reported that a recycling container had been stolen overnight. The resident called back later to report that the hauler found the container two miles away.

EDEN PRAIRIE

APRIL 5

Driving violation. A 55-year-old man was cited for inattentive driving on Prairie Center Drive, after an officer saw him watching a movie on his cellphone with one hand and smoking a cigarette with the other.

MARCH 21

Theft. Shampoo valued at $71 was stolen from Walgreens, 4916 France Av. S.

EXCELSIOR

MARCH 19

Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary at a home on George Street. They determined that two 17-year-old boys were attempting to break into a relative's home and take her car for a ride. One of the boys was cited for fleeing an officer.

MAPLE GROVE

MARCH 12

Medical. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated woman who had fallen and hit her head at Teresa's Mexican Restaurant, 16314 County Road 30. Officers found the 68-year-old woman was incoherent and confused, and sent her to the hospital.

MARCH 13

Check welfare. Officers responded to a report of a possible domestic incident at a home in the 11000 block of 71st Avenue. They found parties watching a movie on TV with the sound bar on.

MARCH 17

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a person acting erratically in the 9500 block of Hemlock Lane. They located the suspect, who was wearing a clown suit and said she was going to visit students that she used to teach. Officers advised her to leave the area.

Animal complaint. Officers responded to a report of a loose cow on Highway 7. The cow was retrieved by her owner.

RICHFIELD

MARCH 15

Theft. A golf cart valued at $4,000 was stolen from a garage at Concierge Apartments, 7620 Penn Av. S.

Theft. Hearing aids valued at $5,000 were stolen from LA Fitness, 6501 Lyndale Av. S.

MARCH 24

Robbery. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Subway, 1800 E. 66th St. They were told that an unknown suspect armed with a knife had stolen food and shoved an employee.

MARCH 27

Disturbance. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S. A 32-year-old Minneapolis man with a warrant was arrested for giving false information to police.

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a report of an accident at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S. A 35-year-old Blaine woman was arrested for disorderly conduct.

SHOREWOOD

MARCH 21

Assault. Officers responded to a report of an assault at Highways 41 and 7. A 24-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for assault, terroristic threats and possession of a controlled substance.

VICTORIA

MARCH 19

Curfew violation. Two juvenile males and a juvenile female were cited for curfew violation following a traffic stop at Highway 7 and Foxglove Circle.
