Drugs. Officers responded to a report in the 19100 block of 81st Place N. of a suspicious parked vehicle with three occupants. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Theft. Someone stole $1,162.86 worth of perfume from Sephora at Southdale Center.

Drugs. A 19-year-old Eden Prairie man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process and possession of a weapon in the 500 block of Blake Road N.

INDEPENDENCE

Harassment. A resident in the 3100 block of Independence Road reported that a bag of horse manure had been left in her driveway with a note attached. The caller said she felt offended and harassed.

Theft. A snowmobile was stolen from the 200 block of St. John Street.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from an open garage in the 13000 block of 79th Avenue.

Driving violation. A 46-year-old Maple Plain man was cited for texting while driving and verbally warned for failing to obey a traffic control device after an officer saw him looking down at his cellphone while the light was green at Baker Park Road and Hwy. 12.

MEDINA

Suspicious activity. A resident at County Road 24 and Homestead Trail reported that two white sports cars were driving back and forth in front of his home. An officer located two Porsches and their drivers, who explained that a professional photographer was taking photos of the cars for the upcoming auto show.

Animal complaint. A postal carrier was bitten by a dog in the 1400 block of Hunter Drive.

PLYMOUTH

MARCH 12

Underage consumption. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Zircon Lane and 31st Place N. Two 17-year-old girls and a 17-year-old boy were cited for alcohol and curfew violations.

Theft. Clothes valued at $125 were stolen from a washing machine in the laundry room at an apartment complex in the 12100 block of 41st Avenue.
