Maple sugaring time

Long before the amber liquid was drizzled over pancakes and waffles, Indians passed their knowledge about maple sugar on to frontier settlers. Experience the activity and tap trees, collect sap and boil it down to syrup. Watch as the syrup is turned into maple sugar and made into candy. (2-4 p.m. Sun. $2.
