Wednesday is the new deadline for foreclosure help

$50,000 FORGIVABLE, no-interest loans available for those facing foreclosure.

HUD said that it has extended the deadline for it Emergency Homeowners' Loan Program (EHLP), which offers up to $50,000 in interest-free, forgivable loans to homeowners facing foreclosure because of involuntary unemployment, underemployment or medical issues. To submit an application by 4:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY, go to www.ehlpminnesota.com or call the Minnesota Homeownership Center at 866-462-6466.
