MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker plans to join with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie at a public forum next week in Aspen, followed by a private fundraiser in Denver.

Walker is scheduled to appear at a July 25 event organized by the Aspen Institute billed as a conversation with Republicans governors about what is working at the state level.

In addition to Walker and Christie, others scheduled to attend include Indiana Gov. Mike Pence and North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory.

On July 26, Walker has scheduled a fundraiser at the Colorado Auto Dealers Association. General admission tickets are $500 or $2,500 to get a picture with Walker and entry to a private reception.

That night he is the keynote speaker as part of the Western Conservative Summit in Denver.
