The Vikings announced they have signed running back Kevin Monangai.
Monangai, 23, is a second-year pro who had three stints on the Eagles' practice squad last season. He signed a reserve/ future contract this winter to remain in Philadelphia. But the Eagles waived him in May.
Listed at 5-foot-8 and 209 pounds, Monangai played collegiately at Villanova. He was not selected in the 2015 NFL draft.
With the signing of Monangai, the Vikings' 90-man roster is now full.
In unrelated running back news, Jerick McKinnon participated in the morning walkthrough today. We'll see if he practices this afternoon.
