O'Brien becomes fall guy

Texans coach Bill O'Brien took full blame, answering a question about his playmakers by saying: "It starts and ends with me. That's the answer I'm going to give you, because I'm not doing a good enough job of getting them the ball. I'm in charge of the football team. When you play like that, it's not very good, and it's a reflection of the coaching. And I'm the head coach."
