For a 13th consecutive day, Vikings center John Sullivan is sidelined because of back spasms. Sullivan has missed seven practices and two preseason games and will almost certainly will not play in Thursday's preseason finale in Tennessee.

Also not taking part in Tuesday's shells-only practice were tight end Chase Ford, defensive tackle Shamar Stephen and linebacker Brian Peters.
