A van collided with a light-rail train and flipped onto its side in downtown Minneapolis, Metro Transit said.
No serious injuries were reported as a result of the wreck, which happened at 8:35 a.m. at 5th Street and 5th Avenue, an agency spokesman said.
The intersection has been the site of frequent crashes, with 12 percent of crashes involving Blue Line trains occurring at 5th and 5th.
Trains are continuing to run, but service is slower than normal, spokesman Howie Padilla said.
The crash is under investigation.
