8:45 a.m. update: Van hanging precariously over concrete wall on 94

A scary scene is unfolding on eastbound 94 at 7th St. downtown. A metal fence is all that is keeping a van from falling over a wall onto the freeway. The right two lanes are closed.

A scary scene is unfolding on eastbound 94 at 7th Street. A metal fence is all that is keeping a van from falling over a concrete wall onto the freeway. The right two lanes are closed.

Elsewhere, things have loosened up considerably and that is leading to good travel times.
