JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Minnesota United erased a two-goal deficit by scoring twice in the final 12 minutes of regulation and pulled out a 3-3 tie with the Jacksonville Armada on Friday night.

Christian Ramirez's fourth goal in as many matches pulled the Loons even after they had given up a goal in the fifth minute. But Akeil Barrett regained the lead for Jacksonville two minutes later, and the one-goal margin stood until Alhassane Keita tapped in what appeared to be an insurance goal for the Armada in the 72nd minute.

The Loons halved the deficit on Justin Davis' well-placed cross in the 78th minute. United then got a man advantage when Shawn Nicklaw drew his second yellow card, and Ibson scored the equalizer in the 84th minute.

"I'm really proud of the guys — they played like warriors tonight," United coach Manny Lagos said. "We made a few mental errors and found ourselves down, but it was great to see the effort and energy in the second half."

The Loons' next game is also on the road, Wednesday night against the New York Cosmos on Wednesday night. They return home to play host to FC Edmonton next Saturday.
