Authorities are investigating the death of a 20-year-old man from Hibbing, Minn., whose body was found Thursday near a former mine on the Iron Range.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension used fingerprint analysis to identify the victim as Jaysen Greenwood. The cause of death appears to be homicide, authorities said. Greenwood's body was found by a person walking near Mott Pit, southwest of Mountain Iron, Minn.
Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office at 218-742-9825.
