A teenager rolled her car several times along a western Wisconsin highway and was thrown to her death, authorities said.
The crash occurred midafternoon Friday on Hwy. 35 near River Falls in the town of Troy, the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office said.
The driver, identified, as Kyra F. Hayes, 16, of nearby Beldenville, was wearing a seat belt when she was thrown from her car, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Hayes' car was heading north, veered toward the median and rolled, the Sheriff's Office added.
