Drew Bauer's 6-yard touchdown run in the overtime helped Minnesota Duluth, ranked No. 4 in the d2football.com poll, outlast Augustana in an NSIC game Saturday in Sioux Falls, S.D.

After Bauer's touchdown and the PAT gave the Bulldogs a 23-16 lead, the Vikings' Trey Heid threw his third TD pass of the game to pull the Vikings (1-1) within one, 23-22. But the point-after try hit the goalpost.

The Bulldogs (2-0) trailed 16-6 but tied the score with 10 points in the final 5 minutes. A missed 32-yard field goal by UMD as time expired forced the overtime.

MSU Mankato 69, MSU Moorhead 13: Dorian Buford caught four TD passes as the No. 5 Mavericks coasted to the victory over the Dragons (0-2) in Moorhead, Minn.

Northern State 28, Concordia (St. Paul) 21: Joe Parsley's 80-yard interception return for a TD and a two-point conversion with 6 minutes remaining rallied the visiting Wolves (1-1) past the Golden Bears (0-2).

Sioux Falls 52, Bemidji State 19: The Cougars (2-0), who led 24-19 entering the fourth quarter, scored four TDs — two defensive — to run away from the Beavers (0-2) in Bemidji.

St. Cloud State 43, Wayne State 20: Kenneth Walker rushed for three TDs to lead the host Huskies (1-1), ranked No. 12, past the Wildcats (1-1).

SW Minnesota State 56, Minn.-Crookston 31: Charlie Kern ran for three touchdowns and passed for two to pace the host Mustangs (1-1) over the Golden Eagles (0-2).

Winona State 42, Mary 34: Jack Nelson passed for 422 yards and three touchdowns, helping the host Warriors (2-0) fend off the Marauders (1-1).

Greenville 44, Minn.-Morris 9: Eric Northey rushed for 181 yards and two TDs and passed for two TDs, leading the Panthers (1-1) past the Cougars (0-2).

Westminster 34, Crown 13: Westminster (1-1) led 14-13 at halftime, then outscored the host Storm (0-2) 21-0 in the second half.
