The identities were released Monday of two men who were run over by a pickup truck and killed during a fight outside a home in western Wisconsin. The driver, his passenger and the vehicle have yet to be located.

Struck and killed shortly after 6:30 p.m. Saturday along County Road E northeast of Balsam Lake were Richard L. Cobenais Jr., 41, who lived near Luck, Wis., and Benjamin R. Juarez, 28, of Frederic, Wis., according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Moments before the collision, Cobenais and Juarez were at a home, involved in a fight that spilled into the road, authorities said.

Still missing is the pickup, believed to be dark or black in color, possibly an extended-cab Ford F150 with damage to the passenger-side headlight area. It may have auxiliary amber lighting atop the cab, the Sheriff's Office added.

"Authorities believe the vehicle was simply passing through the Round Lake Native American Community when it struck the two victims," the Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

The driver of the pickup stopped briefly before heading south on County Road E.

The pickup was occupied by two men, authorities said late Monday afternoon. The two were wearing baseball caps. The driver is described as being about 6 feet tall, while his passenger was closer to 5 feet 7 inches tall. Both had thin to medium builds, the Sheriff's Office added.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at 1-715-485-8300.
