There will be no on-field activity this morning, expect for a few pitchers coming out onto the main field to loosen their arms up. Rain and winds this morning forced the Twins to change their workout schedule. Pitchers will throw in the indoor batting cages. Position players will work around them, getting some swings in the cages before getting their lifting in.
Lefthander Brain Duensing said his left ankle was much better one day after being hit with a batted ball there.
Lefthander Jose Mijares was expected to throw today, two days after being hit in the left forearm by a Jason Kubel line drive.
No fielding drills. No outdoor batting practice. There are puddles of water puddles on all the infield.
