The Twins took 15 more pitchers among the 20 picks they had during the third, and final, day of the draft. They selected righthander Tommy Toledo in the 32nd round. Toledo was a third round pick in 2007 but didn't sign and had reconstructive shoulder surgery in 2009. Still, the Twins will have to go over slot to sign him.

Deolis Guerra has been sent down from Class AAA Rochester to Class AA New Britain.
