A Twin Cities couple sold three teenage girls for sex, and one of the teens was used to make pornographic videos, according to a newly unsealed federal indictment.

Phillip D. Lloyd, 43, of Coon Rapids, and Raquel M. Belcher, 29, of Minneapolis, were arrested in Chicago and brought into court there. Lloyd is charged with sex trafficking of a minor and producing child pornography. Belcher also is charged with sex trafficking of a minor, along with possessing child pornography.

According to court documents, the girls were sold for sex in and around the Twin Cities for most of the last half of January. Lloyd forced one of the girls into sex acts that he video recorded.

Lloyd, who the U.S. attorney's office in Minneapolis said is a registered sex offender, is also accused of selling a fourth teen girl for sex in August 2010.
