Doughnuts and dragons

The 29th season premiere of “The Simpsons” might as well have been a “Treehouse of Horror” episode, as the family is transported into a “Game of Thrones” nightmare, populated by fire-breathing dragons and a Joffrey-like Mr. Burns.
