It's just a fantasy

Film historian Laurent Bouzereau continues his on-screen class on movies with "George Lucas & the World of Fantasy Cinema," a one-hour documentary that will be followed by some of the films mentioned in the special. Among the highlighted classics: 1935's "A Midsummer's Night Dream," 1987's "Wings of Desire" and 1947's "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty." 7 p.m. TCM

The fresh prince of the dance floor

My prediction that Alfonso "Carlton" Ribeiro would win "Dancing With the Stars" almost got derailed by Ribeiro's groin injury, but he has rallied and made the final cut. The three-hour season finale features a look back at the journey and crowns a champion. 7 p.m. KSTP, Ch. 5

Oswald's ghost

"Frontline" digs into its archives to rebroadcast 1993's "Who Was Lee Harvey Oswald?" a thought-provoking documentary with commentary from Robert Oswald, who believes his brother acted alone in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Seems like no matter how much evidence suggests that's the truth, many people will continue to think otherwise. 8 p.m. TPT, Ch. 2
