A lot of attention has been given to Jimmy Fallon these days, but his chief rival is keeping his name in the headlines with a highly rated Oscar special and a rollicking interview with Toronto Mayor Rob Ford. "Jimmy Kimmel Live" hopes to continue its hot streak with a week of shows from the South by Southwest Music Conference in Austin, Texas. Willie Nelson and Gov.
