Order in the court

Steven Bochco tried to tackle a season-long court case in "Murder One," a 1995 noble failure. Maybe the second time's a charm. Bochco's latest is "Murder in the First," which follows the same formula. The cast includes Taye Diggs, Kathleen Robertson, Richard Schiff, James Cromwell and St. Paul native Ian Anthony Dale. 9 p.m. TNT
