Amelia's moment The guests for "The Talk" (1 p.m., Ch. 4) were not announced in advance but word is that WCCO-TV anchor Amelia Santaniello is a guest host, sitting in for Julie Chen. One time we heard Santaniello interview a celeb and she asked: "Why are you called the Smashing Pumpkins?"

Undercover cop Before he was the Governator, Arnold Schwarznegger was "Kindergarten Cop" (7 p.m., TV Guide), hunting a boy and his mom whom he needs to testify in a trial. He goes undercover as a teacher of the hammiest bunch of 5-year-olds you've ever seen.

Let's not make a deal Watching this episode of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" (8 p.m., Bravo), you'll wonder who is more high-maintenance: these high-end Realtors who blow their deals or their big-buck clients?

Don't stop Beliebin' Did you miss Justin Bieber on Letterman last week? Then catch him on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (10:35 p.m., Ch. 11). No doubt Bieber will be hyping his new album, "Believe."
