Travel Channel host (and Twin Cities resident) Andrew Zimmern stopped by the Salvation Army's Payne Ave. location in St. Paul to cook with chef Jeff Ansorge, former head chef at the Captal Grille in Minneapolis, as he prepared a meal Monday afternoon, March 3, 2014 for donors and volunteers. Andrew Zimmern jumped right in and started frying chicken as he and Jeff Ansorge caught up in the kitchen at the Salvation Army's Eastside Corps. Community Center Monday afternoon. Kiss the chef

On "Steve Harvey," Jeff Ansorge, a former Capital Grille chef who gave up his high-profile gig to cook for the Payne Avenue Salvation Army in St. Paul, is celebrated as one of "Harvey's Heroes," which is slightly more prestigious than being a member of "Hogan's Heroes." 10 a.m. Friday, KSTC, Ch. 45.

Cereal killers

"True Blood" kicks off its seventh and final season as the town of Bon Temps braces itself for a new crisis: a run at the local grocery store on a vampire's favorite breakfast cereal, Count Chocula — now with 10 percent real blood! Someone should have put a stake in this show years ago. 8 p.m. Sunday, HBO

One for all

"The Musketeers" never go out of style, as exemplified in this frothy British import that sticks pretty close to the original story with a few clever tweaks tossed in. If it's a hit, maybe Kiefer Sutherland and Charlie Sheen will reunite to do a follow-up to their 1993 big-screen version. 8 p.m. Sunday, BBC America

The best part of waking up

"Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" returns for Season 4 with Jerry Seinfeld discussing the business with Aziz Ansari, Robert Klein, George Wallace, Jon Stewart and Sarah Jessica Parker. I didn't know she was a comedian, unless you count the unintentional hilarity of "Sex and the City 2." ComediansinCarsGettingCoffee.com
