“Le Mans: Racing Is Everything” takes you into the driver’s seat and pits of six teams competing for one of sport’s most grueling — and breathtaking — competitions. It’s hard to humanize characters who are hidden under helmets, but the camera work in this series is so stunning, you might not care.
