The longest day

"Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back" sounds an awful lot like one of the chef's previous series, "Kitchen Nightmares," except that this time the "savior" is on the clock. He's only got one very long day to rescue struggling restaurants, starting with an Italian joint in Congers, N.Y. How long before Fox TV signs off on "Gordon Ramsay Takes a Nap"?

8 p.m., KMSP, Ch. 9

On the road again

Anyone tricked into believing Ozzy Osbourne is really retiring from touring should ride shotgun on "Ozzy & Jack's World Detour," the delightful reality series in which father and son bond over their love of hitting the road with daughter Kelly popping by for laughs. "Detour" isn't about to replace Fodor's Guide anytime soon, but the Osbournes only get more endearing with age.

Meltdown

In "Command and Control," a terrifying edition of "American Experience," filmmaker Robert Kenner ("Food, Inc.") goes behind the scenes of the 1980 nuclear accident at a Titan II missile complex in small-town Arkansas.

9 p.m., TPT, Ch. 2
