A new edition of "Nova" explores attempts to salvage remains of the Costa Concordia cruise ship, which capsized in January 2012 off the coast of Italy, killing 32 people and making headlines worldwide. 8 p.m. TPT, Ch. 2

In "Best New Restaurant," host Tom Colicchio bounces between New York City, Miami, Austin, Texas, and Beverly Hills, Calif., to help evaluate the cuisine and decor of 16 different eateries. The winner gets a feature in Bon Appetit. Second place: a cartoon in Mad magazine. 9 p.m. Bravo
