British magician Drummond Money-Coutts keeps paying tribute to his hero Harry Houdini in the series "Death by Magic," performing life-threatening stunts at the end of every episode. More impressive are the close-up tricks he whips out to startle locals at various locations, including a music studio in Detroit and a tattoo parlor in Las Vegas.

Globe-trotting with Megan Fox sounds a lot more appealing than enduring another "Transformers" movie. "Legends of the Lost With Megan Fox" opens with the actress visiting Scandinavia and England to explore the roles that female warriors played in the Vikings era. Future destinations in the four-part series include Stonehenge, the Savannah River and Turkey.

Keillor's family tree

Last December, PBS pulled Garrison Keillor's segment of "Finding Your Roots With Henry Louis Gates Jr.," concerned that allegations of misconduct would distract from the season finale. The interview appears to have been reinserted in this repeat that also features Aziz Ansari, a comic who has also faced accusations of improper behavior since the episode originally aired.
