She's toxic

Not sure why it took "Hollywood Scandals" this long to get to Britney Spears, but it's finally happening. The documentary suffers from the fact that it doesn't appear to have any rights to her music, but has plenty of rights to keep showing her the night she shaved her head. 8 p.m. Reelz

Sidekicks

"Garfunkel and Oates," featuring Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci, provides a platform for two of the funniest, freshest faces in comedy. Dig the new series, which mixes folk music with sketches, then rush to get tickets for their Sept. 5 show at the Varsity in Minneapolis. 9 p.m. IFC.

Do it again

If you missed Trampled by Turtles' triumphant performance on "The Late Show With David Letterman" last month, you've got a second chance in this repeat episode. It's also another opportunity to watch Jason Segel plug "Sex Tape," which nobody is describing as "triumphant." 10:35 p.m. WCCO, Ch. 4
