“Shark Week” is over, leaving plenty of room for man’s other best friend. “Bark Week” features films and specials dedicated to our tail-wagging pets, starting with “Cats & Dogs,” an animated film featuring the voices of Alec Baldwin, Susan Sarandon, Elizabeth Perkins, Sean Hayes and, in one of his final credits, Charlton Heston. 7 p.m. Sunday, Hub Network
