Clothes call Apparently, Minnesota's own Kelly Carlson hasn't gotten enough beauty tips from her show, "Nip/Tuck." That's why she's stopping by "Fashionably Late With Stacy London" (9 p.m. today, TLC) to get help on updating her wardrobe.

Ice, ice baby Every sharp ice skater wants smooth ice, sharp blades -- and Barry Manilow performing from the sidelines. That's all part of "The Brian Boitano Skating Spectacular" (3 p.m. Saturday, KARE, Ch. 11), which also features Dorothy Hamill and Viktor Petrenko -- on the ice, not on the keyboards.

The nanny diaries Julie Andrews shows off her child-rearing skills this weekend on the ABC Family network. First in 1964's "Mary Poppins" (7 p.m. today), in which Dick Van Dyke performs a Cockney accent with a spoonful of coal in his throat, and then in "Eloise at the Plaza" (6 a.m. Sunday) and "Eloise at Christmastime" (8 a.m. Sunday), where she's not nearly as chim-chimeree as she is in her earlier Oscar-winning perfomance.

Monster's ball Elmo, one of the least interesting Muppets ever stitched together, has the good sense to surround himself with some A-level talent for "Elmo's Christmas Countdown" (6 p.m. Sunday, KSTP, Ch. 5), including "Sopranos" vets Steve Schirripa and Tony Sirico, who do their best to portray Bert and Ernie. Charles Gibson gamely plays reindeer anchor "Charles Blitzen" while Ben Stiller provides the voice for the most inept elf to ever emerge from the North Pole.
