Rosemount 2, Eagan 1: In the Class 2A, Section 3 championship, the Irish rallied from a one-goal halftime deficit to defeat the two-time defending state champion Wildcats. Jadyn Scholler and Alex Sirek scored for the Irish. Molly Busch scored for the Wildcats. Rosemount and Eagan ended the regular season ranked Nos. 3 and 4, respectively, in Class 2A.

Waconia 2, Holy Family 1: Taylor Lange and Alexis Carmer scored goals to lead the Wildcats past the visiting Fire in the Class 1A, Section 6 championship match. Lange and Devin Breeggemann added an assist apiece, while Erin Larsen had 10 saves in the win. Ronnie Deckard scored for the Fire.

St. Michael-Albertville 2, Rogers 0: Junior Makenzie Langdok led the No. 12 Knights past the visiting Royals in the Class 2A, Section 8 championship match.

St. Paul Academy 1, South St. Paul 0: In a Class 1A, Section 3 semifinal match, eighth-grader Olivia Lagos scored the lone goal, assisted by Kathryn Bond, to lead the host Spartans past the Packers. Belle Smith had 12 saves for the Spartans to secure the shutout. SPA will host Holy Angels for the championship on Thursday. The Spartans and Stars were ranked No. 4 and No. 9, respectively, in the final Class 1A state rankings.

Boys' soccer

Moorhead 2, St. Cloud Tech 1: In a battle of the top two teams in Class 2A, Section 8, the visiting Spuds upset the Tigers in a close championship match. The Tigers had been 16-0-0. The win sends the Spuds to the state tournament for the first time since 2012.

Mahtomedi 2, St. Paul Harding 1 (SO): In a Class 1A, Section 4 semifinal match, the fourth-seeded Zephyrs won a shootout victory over the eighth-seeded Knights. Nolan Pratumwon scored for the Zephyrs, assisted by Tryg Myers. Corbin Mccall scored for the Knights, assisted by Chameng Xiong. Mahtomedi will play at St. Paul Como Park in the championship match on Thursday.

St. Paul Como Park 3, Hill-Murray 0: In the other Class 1A, Section 4 semifinal match, Archie Gjerdrum, Bwe Doh Htoo and Kobby Owu led the second-seeded Cougars past the sixth-seeded Pioneers. Mu Ku Shi had three saves in net for the shutout.
