Many have speculated that Tubby Smith could be on the hot seat this season following a depressing end to last year and a disappointing start to this one.
But at least one person is calling him the coach of the year so far. Check this out: Big Ten Network's Tom Dienhart compliments Smith for pulling together this Mbakwe-less team and competing in the conference. (It's halfway down the page under Three Random Thoughts.)
