TPaw's Iowa ground game getting noticed

The governor's presidential spadework in Iowa rated "the largest and most formal" of 2012 GOP aspirants

No, he (still) hasn't announced he's off and running for president in 2012, but Gov. Tim Pawlenty is making his presence felt in Iowa, the kickoff state in the campaign.

Ioawpolitics.com, a political blog, has rated the activities of the most likely Republican candidates and basically places Pawlenty heads an shoulders ahead of his rivals. Its assessment:
