A Hot Wheels branded toy that looks a bit like a skateboard-mounted rocket launcher is being recalled after the manufacturer, Dynacraft BSC Inc., received 17 reports of the vehicle suddenly accelerating. No injuries have been reported, but the toy is considered a "fall hazard" at this point.

The ride-on toy, called the "Urban Shredder" was sold in stores and online through Target, Toys R Us, Walmart and Amazon.com between November and February. It sold for between $270 and $350.

To report a malfunctioning Urban Shredder or find out the specifics of the recall, go to the posting on the Consumer Product Safety Commission's website.
