Jack White and Maynard James Keenan, two of our favorite rock stars, are coming back to the Twin Cities this summer.
White isn't returning with the White Stripes or Raconteurs. Rather, for the second consecutive summer, he'll be drumming at First Avenue with Dead Weather. July 28 is the date -- 366 days after the supergroup made its First Ave debut. Tickets, at $32, will go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday at First Ave and Ticketmaster outlets.
Dead Weather's second album, "Sea of Cowards," will drop on May 11.
Keenan, who was here last month with Puscifer, is rushing back with Tool on July 1 at Xcel Energy Center. Tickets, priced from $39.50 to $59.50, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ticketmaster and the Xcel box office.
