Tim Brewster is about to be named tight ends coach at Florida State, according to several internet reports, including a story on the Orlando Sentinel's website.
The first report was from Florida State's rivals.com affiliated site, according to Coley Harvey of the Sentinel.
Brewster was wide receivers coach in 2012 at Mississippi State after working as a commentator for FOX Sports telecasts of college and pro football following his firing at Minnesota. He was hired by former Gophers athletic director Joel Maturi before the 2007 season and fired in 2010.
