Hennepin District Judge Lloyd Zimmerman has concerns about his own safety on the bench, so he is now refusing to hold court in Hennepin's suburban courthouses, Abby Simons reports. Rybak wasn't around for the announcement - he's been in the thick of national politics as the Democratic heckler of Republican presidential hopefuls, first in Iowa, then in New Hampshire. Now he's going to the White House to talk up the city's summer jobs program, Eric Roper reports.
