Three Minnesota lawyers have been disciplined for misconduct in recent days, according to court orders made public by the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility. A court suspended Andrew M. Morris, of New Prague, for at least four months and fined him $900 for altering and falsely notarizing a loan-closing document. A Blaine lawyer, Jesse Gant III, was suspended for at least 90 days and fined $900 after he failed to pay court-ordered sanctions for "bringing a defamation action that had no basis in law or fact," the order stated. Arlie M. Fundaun, of Remer, Minn., was reprimanded and fined $900 for failing to diligently pursue litigation, keep a client informed or properly handle funds. View their full orders here.
